RCYF Series Deep Magnetic Pipeline Iron Remover is applicable for iron removal of powdery, granular and lump materials in cement, building materials, chemical industry, coal, grain, plastics, refractory materials and other industries. It can be connected with conveying pipelines and installed vertically.

Technical Features

◆ This series adopts high-performance neodymium iron boron as magnetic source, featuring high temperature resistance, stable performance and excellent demagnetization resistance.

◆ With unique magnetic circuit design and double-pole structure, it greatly extends the effective magnetic field area. Its suction force is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary pipeline iron removers.

This series uses high-performance neodymium iron boron permanent magnet as magnetic source, which is high temperature resistant, stable in performance and not easy to demagnetize. The unique magnetic circuit and double magnetic structure greatly deepen the magnetic field range for materials, with suction force 2-3 times higher than conventional pipeline iron removers. The fully sealed pipeline and externally mounted magnet assembly prevent equipment damage in long-term service.
