RCGZ Series Pipeline Self-discharging Iron Remover
RCGZ Series Pipeline Self-discharging Iron Remover is mainly applied in cement industry. It removes iron from coarse powder returning to mill after powder separation and fine powder entering mill after pre-crushing clinker, preventing iron particles from accumulating inside the mill so as to improve mill efficiency and cement specific surface area.
Application Scope
RCGZ Series Pipeline Self-discharging Iron Remover is mainly applied in cement industry. It removes iron from coarse powder returning to mill after powder separation and fine powder entering mill after pre-crushing clinker, preventing iron particles from accumulating inside the mill so as to improve mill efficiency and cement specific surface area. It also performs iron removal before cement packaging to automatically separate and discharge ferrous impurities mixed in cement and ensure stable production.
Technical Features
It adopts rotating magnetic system instead of rotating shell, which extends the acting time of magnetic field. Equipped with a special separating mechanism, it achieves more thorough removal of ferrous contaminants. High-temperature resistant and high-strength neodymium iron boron magnet is adopted for strong magnetic field. The whole unit is connected in series on powder conveying pipelines with flange connection for easy installation. Iron removal and discharging are completed automatically without on-duty operator. Permanent magnet requires no power consumption; only low-power motor is used for residue discharge, resulting in extremely low energy consumption. The equipment features compact structure, stable and reliable operation.
