Application Scope
This dedicated permanent magnetic drum iron remover for air chutes is used to remove ferrous impurities from materials conveyed by air chutes. It is connected to the air chute via mounting flanges. The permanent magnetic drum inside the protective cover rotates under the drive of the driving unit. When materials pass through, ferrous impurities are attracted by the drum and transported to the scraper assembly along with drum rotation, then scraped off and collected to complete iron removal. It can effectively protect downstream equipment and improve material quality.

Working Principle
When materials in the air chute flow over the surface of the permanent magnetic drum, ferromagnetic particles are firmly adsorbed by the strong magnetic field generated by the built-in permanent magnets. As the drum rotates, the adsorbed ferromagnetic impurities are conveyed to the non-magnetic area. Under the combined action of gravity and scrapers, the impurities are stripped and collected, realizing the separation of ferromagnetic substances from non-ferromagnetic materials.
