RCDA Series Air-cooled Suspended Electromagnetic Iron Remover

RCDA Series Air-cooled Suspended Electromagnetic Iron Remover is applicable to indoor environments with good working conditions and low dust. It removes iron impurities from all kinds of materials before crushers and on conveyor belts, and protects equipment such as roller presses, crushers and vertical mills.

Application Scope

Technical Features

The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, featuring large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.

With a special air duct design and forced air cooling by axial flow fan, it delivers large air volume and high air pressure for rapid coil heat dissipation, low temperature rise and minor magnetic field difference between cold and hot status.

The coil is treated with special varnish impregnation, insulation and curing technology to achieve excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. It improves overall insulation performance and ensures stable operation without aging during long-term continuous service.
