The unit can operate stably under harsh environments featuring heavy dust, high humidity and severe salt spray corrosion. Available magnetic field strength specifications include 900GS, 1200GS, 1500GS, 1750GS, 2000GS and 2250GS.
Technical Features
Adopting the widely applied forced oil circulation cooling technology for large and medium-sized transformers worldwide, it achieves ultra-low temperature rise (≤50°C) with mature, safe and reliable cooling performance. The iron core is made of grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density. Its magnetic permeability is far higher than that of ordinary pure iron, which greatly reduces hysteresis loss and enhances the stability of the overall magnetic field.
This iron remover features short magnetic circuit, low magnetic loss, high magnetic field gradient, strong iron removal capacity and high iron removal rate.
It is light in weight, compact in structure and excellent in heat dissipation.
The excitation coil adopts advanced varnish impregnation and curing technology and is fully immersed in transformer oil, delivering outstanding moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion performance and greatly extending the service life of the coil.
The excitation coil adopts three-dimensional winding structure with large heat dissipation area and smooth and reasonable oil circuit, resulting in ultra-low temperature rise (≤50°C).
