RCDFJ Series Forced Oil Circulation Belt-type Electromagnetic Iron Remover is applicable to thermal power plants, ports, coal preparation plants, mines, building materials industries and other sites with high iron removal requirements. It can operate normally under harsh conditions such as dusty and humid environments, thoroughly solving three major problems of conventional iron removers including poor heat dissipation, insufficient magnetic attraction and limited environmental adaptability.
Features
Adopting the widely used forced oil circulation cooling technology for large and medium-sized transformers at home and abroad, it features ultra-low temperature rise (≤40°C) with mature, safe and reliable cooling performance.
Short magnetic circuit leads to low magnetic loss and high magnetic field gradient, delivering excellent iron removal efficiency.
Light weight, smooth and reasonable oil circuit, compact cooler and outstanding heat dissipation efficiency.
The excitation coil is fully immersed in sealed transformer oil, providing excellent dustproof, moistureproof and anti-corrosion performance.
The excitation coil adopts three-dimensional winding structure with large heat dissipation area and low temperature rise (≤40°C), which extends the service life of the coil.
It realizes automatic iron discharge with easy maintenance. The barrel-shaped drum enables automatic belt deviation correction. The specially designed fully sealed bearing housing adapts well to severely dusty working sites.
