Overview
The intelligent loading system is a through-type mass measuring device. It features compact size and low installation height for easy deployment under various process conditions. The weigher is well sealed and immune to external electromagnetic interference, system pressure, vibration and other disturbances. Its measuring accuracy is better than ±1.5%, and the loading qualification rate is no less than 90%.
Our patented integrated measuring and discharging machine applies servo control to the bulk loader, making it an advanced domestic model. Digital control replaces traditional sensors such as travel switches and slack rope switches, simplifying the mechanical structure and reducing overall size. It effectively solves common problems including air leakage, dust emission, short service life and belt deviation.
It efficiently controls dust escaping during clinker loading to create a clean working environment, cut material waste and bring economic benefits. The intelligent bulk loading solution ensures accurate weighing throughout the loading process and supports high-capacity operation. At a flow rate of 400 tons per hour, it takes only about 20 minutes to load 100 tons of clinker. The flow rate is adjustable. Featuring simple operation, it greatly shortens loading time, improves economic efficiency and achieves energy conservation and environmental protection.
The system adopts integrated control with one-touch operation, enabling operators to get familiar with and use it quickly. It is equipped with a complete data processing and management system, including bulk process control, real-time flow monitoring, total accumulation, loading records, statistical reports, alarm logs and data upload function. Remote service is available. When paired with video and audio systems, the traditional on-site loading can be converted to central DCS operation, which further reduces on-site staff and labor intensity.
Installation Procedure
1. Remove the original button operating console and install the integrated control cabinet. Migrate all original control functions into the cabinet, and connect auxiliary equipment requiring start/stop control from the central system, such as fans and feeding belts.
2. Replace the original audible and visual indicators with three-color signal lights, which indicate vehicle waiting, loading completion and system alarm respectively. Install the lights on the left or right front of the vehicle for clear visibility by drivers.
3. Mount directional displacement sensors at the clinker discharge outlet. The collected data is transmitted to the main PLC to realize automatic lifting and lowering of the discharge spout.
