Overview

The TDG series weighing feeder is a high-tech product integrating conveying, weighing and quantitative control. It can realize continuous, uniform and accurate dynamic regulation, quantitative feeding and continuous measurement for lumpy, granular and powdery materials. It forms a complete closed-loop control system together with microprocessor, actuators and sensors. Widely applied in building materials, cement, mining, coal, highway, metallurgy, chemical industry, power and other industrial fields.

(1) The rotating part is equipped with a dedicated Schenck scale motor directly connected to the main shaft of the scale body, eliminating the impact of mechanical vibration on measurement accuracy.

(2) Equipped with side skirt belt for greatly extended service life.

(3) Adopts parallel beam load cells to avoid measurement errors caused by uneven material distribution on the belt and longitudinal friction of the belt.
