The system consists of a screw flow stabilizer, screw weighing scale and electric control unit. Adopting suspended weighing structure, it features uniform stress, excellent repeatability and linearity, synchronous up-and-down adjustment and stable material filling rate.

Frame: Made of seamless steel pipe with high strength and good stability.
Weighing Mechanism: Fully suspended structure with uniform force distribution, high force transmission accuracy, good linearity and repeatability.
Screw Blade: Specially treated for wear resistance, flow stabilization and material retention.
Assembly Mode: External bearings for easy maintenance and replacement.
Sealing Structure: Bearings adopt multi-layer high-temperature resistant graphite packing for superior sealing performance without powder leakage.
Drive Motor: Direct shaft connection design delivers large driving torque, stable operation, high transmission efficiency, low noise and long service life. Equipped with variable frequency motor and forced air cooling system.
Protection Device: Drive protection device. A settling zone is arranged in the middle of the discharge opening to effectively remove impurities.
Protection Device: An overflow port is set above the discharge opening for convenient maintenance and calibration.
Dual Frequency Conversion Regulation: The feeder and weighing scale are adjusted synchronously to maintain stable material filling rate.
