Working Principle
The transmission device drives two mixing shafts with blades to rotate synchronously. When materials enter the trough from the feeding port, the water spray system sprays water immediately to moisten the materials. Meanwhile, the wet materials are continuously stirred and blended by spiral blades while moving towards the discharge port, and finally qualified materials are discharged.
Structure Composition
The ZJ series twin-shaft mixer is mainly composed of machine trough, spiral shaft assembly and drive unit. Its main structural features are as follows:
1. The machine trough is bent from wear-resistant steel plate with high rigidity and wear resistance. Reliable sealing devices are installed between the trough and cover plate to prevent dust leakage during operation.
2. The spiral shaft assembly consists of left-hand and right-hand spiral shafts, bearing units and mixing blades. The blades are made of wear-resistant materials with special surface treatment for long service life. Optimized blade structure is simple and easy to repair or replace after wear.
3. Nozzles of the humidifying device are arranged axially along the spiral shafts to form a water curtain for fast and even material wetting. The water flow can be adjusted quickly and conveniently according to actual demands.
4. The drive unit is composed of motor, reducer and coupling, featuring compact structure, stable operation and low noise.
